Individual Therapy

Couples Therapy
Relationships can be complex. Lynn helps couples navigate communication breakdowns, trust issues, and emotional distance. She creates a safe space where both partners feel respected and supported. Whether you’re working through a difficult period or want to strengthen your connection, her counseling can help rebuild intimacy and strengthen understanding within your relationship.
Lynn has completed three levels of training through the Gottman Institute, which has developed a proven, research-based treatment approach for couples. This approach is built on more than 40 years of extensive research by Drs. John and Julie Gottman. Lynn has also completed specialized training in supporting couples navigating infidelity, trauma, and challenges related to addiction.
Child & Teen Therapy
Children and teens face pressures at home, at school, and in their social lives. Lynn provides a comfortable, welcoming space where young clients can express themselves, build emotional intelligence, and develop healthy coping strategies. She incorporates both play therapy and sandtray therapy, creative approaches that allow children to process emotions and experiences in ways that feel natural and engaging.
